Kathmandu is the capital and largest city Nepal, with a population of around 1 million. Gosainkunda Lake is a holy lake located in the Langtang region of Nepal. Many trekkers around the world come to this place for trekking this can be categorized as a short, easy, and scenic trek situated near Kathmandu. The trek offers panoramic scenery of Mt. Langtang range, Himal Chuli 7893m, Mt. Manaslu 8156m, and Ganesh Himal range as well as often chance to see the Annapurna Range in a clear day. Gosainkunda Lake is a placid lake considered as a holy sacred by both Hindus and Buddhists. The locals pay homage on a pilgrimage journey every year in the month of August.

  • Day 1
    Activity: Arrival in Kathmandu (1400 M) Transfer to Hotel

    You will be greeted by a panoramic view of snow-capped mountain peaks down below once you fly in the sky of Kathmandu. A representative and driver from our office will meet you at the airport and welcome you to a traditional Nepali way and will escort you to your hotel. The representative will help you check into your designated hotel. At the hotel, you will be briefed about your daily activities and tours. later in the evening welcome Dinner with the Going Nepal team and overnight at Hotel Dwarikas, and prepare for the next day's tour.


  • Day 2
    Activity: Full Day Kathmandu Sightseeing

    After your good night at Kathmandu. Wake up in the morning to have your delicious breakfast, later on, your tour guide will join you for the program and take you sightseeing around the hustling, bustling city of Kathmandu. Kathmandu is the historical and cultural heart of Nepal and has been a popular destination for tourists ever since Nepal opened its doors to visitors. The city presents a wonderful mix of Hinduism, Tibetan Buddhism, and Western influence. There will be a guided tour to Patan Durbar Square, situated at the center of the city of Lalitpur in Nepal. It is one of the three Durbar Squares in the Kathmandu Valley, all of which are UNESCO World Heritage Sites. One of its attractions is the ancient royal palace where the Malla Kings of Lalitpur resided. Afterward, you will be transferred to UNESCO World Heritage Sites namely Pashupatinath- is a famous and sacred Hindu temple that is located on the banks of the Bagmati River, approximately 5 km north-east of Kathmandu in the eastern part of Kathmandu Valley and you can witness cremation ritual of Hindus at ‘Aryaghat’, the cremation area of the temple. The next stop is a visit to Boudhanath - the largest stupa in Nepal and a center of Tibetan culture in Kathmandu Located about 11 km (6.8 mi) from the center and northeastern outskirts of Kathmandu, the stupa's massive mandala makes it one of the largest spherical stupas in Nepal after visiting Boudhanath you will be stopped for a lunch and after lunch, you will be taken to Kathmandu Durbar Square which is situated at the heart of Kathmandu and is the hub of history, culture, and religion. The interesting thing to see here is artistic architecture woven in buildings and temples. Also known as Hanuman Dhoka Durbar and Basantapur Durbar Square, this place was the property of the royal palace before the unification of Nepal. The intricately carved wooden, metal and stone sculptures beautify the exterior and interior of the palace and temple. Guarded by a giant statue of Hanuman (Monkey God) with this we finish our sightseeing and you can spend some time shopping. Later on, you will be transferred to the hotel, Dinner, and overnight at Hotel Dwarikas and prepare for an exciting Heli tour to Gosaikunda.

    Activity: Early morning flight to Gosaikunda

    Today you wake up early for a Heli flight to Gosaikunda. Gosaikunda Helicopter tour is the best way to admire the beauty of the entire Gosaikunda region. The flight begins from Kathmandu means you have great aerial views of the entire Kathmandu valley and the surrounding green hills. Slowly the flight goes up and begins to show the panorama of the Himalayas rising above the foothills. The aerial views of the hills, rivers and the cannons, settlements, several cultural and historical monuments, ponds mesmerize you. The main attraction of the flight is the aerials of the hills and the clouds covering the gorge. The entire flight is breathtaking. We land near to the Gosaikunda or the Gosai Pond and start to explore the beautiful Gosaikunda area and visit some nearby associated lakes too. If you are pilgrims and wants to pray and worship, then the time for Havan Puja is also allocated. We take our breakfast at the nearby village and fly back after collecting the lifetime experience and capturing the beauty of the remote and holy land of Gosaikunda. The rest of the day is free or leisure, if you have anything to shop then this, will be your last day. Later in the evening farewell dinner with Going Nepal representatives in a hotel or Typical Nepali restaurant and Overnight at Hotel Dwarikas.

    Breakfast & check out from hotel, timely transfer to the airport for flight to your onward destination
